CCW Cursive 5 comes in five different styles: standard, dotted, arrow, outline and lined with handwriting letter height guidelines. Choose your preferred style or save more than 50% by getting a pack of all five of the CCW Cursive 5 font styles shown on this page. The fonts are easy to install on your computer. Once installed they will appear in the dropdown fonts list along with all your other fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman, Comic Sans etc. This makes them very easy to use so that you can create text in the correct school handwriting style. Children will enjoy typing their own text to make handwriting practice worksheets on topics of interest. Standard style
The standard style can be used to create any text in your chosen handwriting style.
Dotted style
The dotted style font makes it easy to create your own handwriting worksheets for children to trace over. You can choose any size, starting with really big letters then reducing the size as accuracy and neatness improve.
Arrow style
The arrow font can help beginners to learn correct letter formation. The starting point for each letter is indicated by a circle with an arrow. A triangular arrow shows where the direction is reversed, and a square shows where to lift the pencil off the paper. Small numbers are used for those letters which need more than one stroke. This font should be used at very large sizes so that the symbols are clear.
Lined style
This lined font has handwriting guidelines to help children to identify how tall ascenders and descenders should be and to develop a consistent size for all of the letters.
Outline style
The outline font is useful for displays and can also be printed at large sizes for children to colour or trace the letter shapes.

This version of our cursive writing font has a letter f without a top loop. The z has
no tail and the x is curly. All of the letters start on the line with a lead-in stroke. All descenders have a
loop ready to join to the next letter.
