CCW Precursive 2 font styles sampled on this page.
Standard style

The standard style CCW Precursive 2 font has a friendly and easy-to-read appearance.

Dotted style

The dotted style font, as its name suggests, consists of dots for tracing. Numbers, accented characters and
punctuation marks are also dotted. We recommend using a large size (28pt or more).

Arrow style

The arrow style font has a circle and arrow to show the starting position for each letter. A triangle indicates
a "bounce back", where the pencil direction reverses, and a square indicates where the pencil should be lifted off
the paper. Where more than one pencil stroke is needed, the start points are numbered.

Lined style

Precursive 2 lined style helps learners to position and size letters correctly. Each letter is dotted for
tracing. Numbers, accented characters and punctuation marks are all included. Blank guidelines can easily be
produced by pressing the space bar.

Outline style

Outline style works well printed at very large sizes, for example one letter per A4 page, for colouring and
tracing. It is also effective for classroom displays and labels.
